Coronation Feasting with the King of Crustaceans

Celebrate the momentous Coronation weekend with a royally good feast of British flavours, fresh from the coast of Cornwall. The Stein’s at Home Lobster Thermidor Box includes three carefully prepared courses perfect for long leisurely lunches and decadent dinner spreads over the Bank Holiday Weekend. With nationwide delivery on Friday 5th or Saturday 6th May – dining at home, wherever you are, never tasted so good!

Start the seafood adventure with six grilled scallops in persillade butter before moving onto the king of crustaceans. Stein at Home’s lobster has been perfectly prepped thermidor-style and comes with a light cream and dry vermouth sauce and is topped with a Parmesan cheese and mustard crust. Enjoy with golden new potatoes and mixed salad leaves, but leave some space for dessert – a chocolate pave with biscuit crumb and Cornish clotted cream.

Jack Stein, Chef Director at Rick Stein Restaurants, has created a handy step-by-step video with instructions to ensure your end results are fit for royalty with easy cooking and plating instructions.

Why not toast to the occasion and add a bottle of Rick Stein’s White Burgundy as paired by Charlie Stein, or go all-out with a bottle of Rick Stein Blanc de Blancs Champagne*?

What’s more, when you order a Stein’s at Home box, the Stein’s team provide a free school meal to a child living in one of the world’s poorest countries through their partnership with One Feeds Two – a non-profit charity working with food companies to donate meals to children living in poverty.

The Lobster Thermidor Box is £136 serving two people. Wine and Champagne available at an additional cost.
