Chipotle Chicken Flatbread Adapted from butteryourbiscuit.com
2 flatbreads 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 clove garlic, diced 4 cooked chicken tenders, cubed 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay the flatbreads on top. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbreads. Top with diced garlic, cubed chicken, and quartered cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 16 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
In a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and chipotle seasoning.
Drizzle the chipotle ranch dressing over the flatbreads and sprinkle with chopped cilantro leaves.
